Jeffery William Robinson August 2, 1964 - June 26, 2025

Date of Funeral

July 7, 2025

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Jeffery William Robinson born August 2, 1964, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his loving wife Debbie, daughter Carley (Dennis), sons Justin (Liberty), and Bryce. Sister Karen (Richard) Bray. In-laws Douglas and Donna Smith, brother in-law Darren (Michelle) Smith. His cherished grandchildren Abby, and Grayson. Nieces Nicole (Hardy) Smith (Collin), Audrey and Kytalyn Smith, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeff was born in Dryden, ON to William (Bill) and Barbara (Oliphant) Robinson. He started working at a young age pushing his lawn mower around town to cut grass. He worked at K.B. body shop, Dingwall Ford, Bell, Dryden Hydro, Dryden Telephone, and then back to Bell Canada retiring from there after 35years of service.

He was proud to serve as a Dryden volunteer fireman for over 20 years, following in his father’s footsteps. He became a captain of a fabulous team. He was also a trainer that would travel to other cities and towns to help with educational and practical training for the fire departments as well as the telephone departments.

He was a volunteer with the Dryden Power Tobagan club and enjoyed clearing trails, running the groomer under the watchful eye of Trapper the boss.

He was an avid outdoors man, loved to hunt and fish. In his younger years he loved to go mudding with the boys, and go on adventures with his Jeep, Truck, and dirt bikes.

We would like to thank the girls at Oncology in Dryden, and Thunder Bay for all your kindness and great care. Dr. Bester, and Dr. Cook for always being there to help when we needed it. We would like to especially thank our Home Care Nurse Laine for always answering our never-ending questions and being so kind and caring to each of us.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Unifor Hall.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the DRHC-Oncology Unit, P.O. Box 3003, Dryden, ON P8N 2Z6 or a charity of your choice.
