Heart Of Gold
A heart of gold stopped beating,
Two shiny eyes at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best,
God knows you had to leave us,
But you didn’t go away alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day he took you home.
To some you’ll be forgotten,
And to others just a part of the past
But to us who loved and lost you,
Your memory will always last.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will follow at a later date.
He is predeceased by his siblings and his son Everett Moore.
