He did a lot in his life including working in the bush, the pipeline, the mill, the dairy, driving taxi, guiding, and various sales positions. He met his wife Wilma in Dryden, and they started their family there before moving to Kenora and then Thunder Bay and finally returning to Dryden. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, picking blueberries, and his beloved Square Lake “God’s country.” He also loved to go for drives, to play cards, to make rocking chairs and tables, and to watch the Jays and the Leafs. His daily walks took him to the local cafés where he loved to catch up with friends. Milton and Wilma played cards and loved to dance his special “two step”. They enjoyed several winters with their friends in Penticton, British Columbia.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.

May 24, 2023 at 1:53 pmI’m very sorry to hear of Milton’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with him over the years at Patricia Gardens and he taught me many things I always enjoyed our very early morning chats. For that I’m grateful. My sincere condolences to the entire family.
