James Prouty December 9, 1952 - March 6, 2024

In loving memory of James Howard Prouty who passed away March 6, 2024.

He was pre-deceased by his parents Harold and Doreen (nee Thompson) Prouty and his brother Don.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Chambers of 51 years. His sons Shawn (Sara), Shane and his daughters Kari (Mark) and Ricci (Shaun). His grandchildren Micheal, Kelsey, Jack, James, Carly, Cami, and Hunter.

Also surviving are his siblings Ruth (Jim) Sinclair, Janet, Rick (Anna), Cathy (Doug) Hutchison, Dan (Gwenda), and many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his best fishing buddy Ray (Carol) from Arizona, Randy (Mark) of Dryden, and many more.

The Prouty family would like to thank everyone for the well wishes.

A Come & Go Tea will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Dryden Community Funeral Home from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

    Jim and Brenda were o e of the first families we met when we moved to Dryden 33 years ago. Played darts on the same team at the moose and legion for quite a few years . Thanks for the laughs and memories
