In loving memory of Werner Schnelzer, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather, who passed away on August 15, 2021.
Werner is survived by his children; Annette (Kevin), Annelie (Bruce), Aloisia (Ernie) and Katherine, grandchildren; Suzanne (Tom), Michael (Rachael), Brienne (Steve), Erik, Tyler (April), Matthew (Stephanie), Angela (Matthew), Alexander (Ashley), Emilio (Kaily), Alice, Dominique, Jessica (Greg), and numerous great grandchildren.
Werner was born in Central Europe during the war and immigrated to Sweden at a young age.
His work as an Engineer took him all over the world before settling in Canada. He was a man of many talents who enjoyed woodworking, gold smithing and anything family related. Some of the lucky ones were gifted the treasures he made and will be remembered for his 30+ years at the Dryden Mill, his kindness and humour.
A special thank you to Princess Court staff for their care and dedication.
