December 26, 1936 – July 17, 2018

In loving memory of Phillip Thoms, who passed away at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre on July 17, 2018.

Phillip is survived by his wife Lyn Thoms. He is predeceased by his mother, father, sister and son.

Cremation has taken place. As per Phillip’s wishes, there will be no service. Interment will take place at a later date.
