Dear John, Chris, Tuesday: We are sorry to read of the loss of your father. I remember your dad as the Mr. Fix it at the top end of Current River. He extended his skills, not only to my grandmother, Mrs. Winters but many other people in the neighborhood. It is the small things that people do for each other that touch the heart. Your dad touched the hearts of many, through his kindness and helpful ways.

After your sorrow has lightened, smile in the wonderful loving memories, that each of you hold within.
our thoughts are with you and your families. Our deepest condolences.

I was sorry to read of Lorne’s passing. I worked with Lorne at Camp 603 and we had many chats and laughs after we finished our shifts. I was also welcome in their home and Dawn and Lorne treated me like family.
I always remember when Lorne would get ready to pour us a drink and it was always OFC rye and he would look up and say, you are Catholic right? This rye is only for Catholics.
Lorne and Tuesday did come to Toronto years later and we had a great lunch at a nice Steak house.
      Lorne was a good man!!
