On September 12, 2024 an incredible man with a huge heart, Ghislain Lupien (Ghus) was taken from us and reunited with his loving wife, Gladys. He passed away at the age of 75 at his home in Dryden, Ontario. Born in Laverlochère, Quebec and raised in Dryden, Ontario, he eventually moved to Ear Falls, Ontario which he called home for over three decades before moving back to Dryden after Gladys’ passing for his final years.
Ghislain loved puttering around the yard with various tasks, going to church, and most of all, conversing with friends. He loved to get to know people and learn about them and their lives. Anyone who met him for even a short period of time would be entertained by his stories and infectious laugh.
He leaves behind his loving sons Justin (partner Alexa) and Keven (Lori), grandchildren Tianna, Keenan, Adalyn and Wyatt, sisters Marie, Yvette and Jocelyne, brothers Philip and Richard, and in-laws. He was predeceased by his loving wife Gladys, mother Cecile, and father-figure Rene.
Ghislain’s smile and infectious laugh will be missed by many.

September 18, 2024 at 10:34 amWhat a wonderful testament to his life. Ghislain I remember was always at the center of it all including being a great dad to our dear friends Keven and Lori. May he rest in peace and the family prosper with what he has taught us to get the most out of this life.
