Edward Senakovicz September 24, 1941 - January 3, 2025

In loving memory of Edward James Senakovicz (Ed) who passed away January 3rd at Princess Court in Dryden, Ontario.

Ed was born and raised in Ignace Ontario. He attended Ignace Public School, and High School in Thunder Bay. After high school he moved to Toronto to attend The Provincial Institute of Trades graduating in 1964. He began working as a Heavy Duty Mechanic with the Great Lakes Paper Company in the Woodlands Division and then joined the Dryden Paper Company Woodlands Division in 1965. He retired from Weyerhauser in 2000. In his younger years he enjoyed moose and partridge hunting. He spent many happy summers at his camp on Eagle Lake, (Waldhof Bay). He always enjoyed touring around the lake on his pontoon boat, stopping at the beaches so Dar could have a swim. Much of his time was spent in his garage welding and metal fabricating. He could build or fix anything and always had a project on the go. Friends and neighbours always knew if they needed a tool or an odd sized nut or bolt Ed usually had it and knew exactly where it was in his well organized garage.

Ed was predeceased by his parents Helen and Bill and his brother Jack, and his son in law Larry Bonazzo. He is survived by his wife Darlene, daughter Sundae Bonazzo, son Scott (JoAnne), granddaughter Laura Carpenter, and great granddaughters Adalyn, Shea, and Scarlett.

Special Thanks to the staff at Princess Court.
