May 17, 2024 at 12:12 pmWhen I moved to Dryden in 1984, I worked at the Royal Bank. It didn’t take long to find out that Darlene would be the “go to” person. She was a wealth of customer and service knowledge. We quickly connected and she was my beacon on my management training journey. She was never too busy to help me and caution me. With a serious expression, you knew she liked you with a slight smile and sparkle in her eye. She was a real professional. Thank you Darlene for making my transition to Dryden so seamless.
