I am located in the Main Office and will be your primary point of contact. You will find me aiding our Funeral Director, managing our social media presence, and completing various secretarial duties. My Educational background is in Criminal Justice Studies at Lethbridge Polytechnic (2024), where I completed courses on Cultural & Religious Sensitivity, Mental Health & Addictions and Conflict Management. In the process, I have obtained my First-Aid and AED Certification, along with a Certificate in Computer Skills (2025). With over 20+ years of Experience, you may recognize him from Steven’s Funeral Home. Paul is responsible for all pick-ups and will likely be your first point of contact. Upon entering our building, he will greet and direct you to the office. Paul is located to your left-side at one of our desks. Paul answers our After Hours Calls (4:00pm-9:00am + Weekends). He will answer your inquires and concerns, or redirector to someone who will. Thanks to him, we are able to answer Phone Calls, 24/7....
