In loving memory of Shirley Wintle, age 88 years, who passed away suddenly Feb 5, 2025.
Shirley was blessed with a resilient spirit and a loving family which allowed her to stay in her own home until the end. Her home was a house filled with love and built by hand along side her beloved husband Charles when they were first married in 1953. Together they raised 6 children Dawn (Gordon), Terry (Karen), Brian, Kathy, Carol (Paul) and Lisa (Mike). She was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Shirley loved her time spent with family, friends, her quilting group, cousin group, her church family from St Luke’s and other extended family and friends. We all enjoyed her humour, her beautiful handmade items and the bounty she shared from her kitchen and garden.
Shirley was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles, her parents Everett and Myrtle Moline, her mother-in-law Nell Usher, sister Dale, brother Ted and other beloved friends and family.
