It is with great sadness that the family of Marilyn Frances Leutschaft announce her passing at the age of 52 on May 30, 2022 after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on May 26, 1970, in Dryden, the youngest daughter to Frank and Shirley Leutschaft. After completing school in Dryden, she continued her education at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, where she obtained a degree in Law and Justice. She enjoyed many adventures including short trips with family and friends. She loved camping with her cousins, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Above all though, she enjoyed quality time with her family. One of her greatest joys was being part of her nieces and nephews lives, witnessing all the achievements they have accomplished over the years.
Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Shirley Leutschaft, Grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles. Marilyn is survived by her sister Carrie (Claude) Bernier, Rhonda Gouliquer (Vern); nephews Daniel (Christie) Leutschaft, David Leutschaft (Colleen Pion); nieces Jennifer Hansson, Lindsay (Steven) Fischer; Great-nieces Ali, Raya, Blakely, and Hailee; Great-nephews Theorenm Noah, Ryker, and Riley, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She also leaves behind her work family from Canada Post where she worked for the last 17 years.
