In loving memory of Luigi Taddeo that passed away at the DRHC hospital with his family by his side peacefully. Luigi was survived by his wife Annina of 59 years. Children: Liberato(Suzan) John (Lorie) Grandchildren: Giovanni , Rebecca(Jesse), Nathan Great Grandson Benjamin. Chris (Amy), Aaron Greatgrandchildren: Gunner & Cruzy.

Luigi was preceded by his father Liberato & mother Fillimina Taddeo, in-laws- Rocco & Guisepina Ricci,Brother-in-laws – John Ricci, Bill Blanchard.
Luigi was born in Santa Maria Italy on November 19th, 1938. Luigi immigrated to Ignace, Ontario when he was 12 years old, with his family. Luigi was employed by Canadian Pacific Railway ; Luigi had a successful long career working for the railway for 38 years. Luigi spent numerous years as a supervisor on numerous gangs, and retained a Roadmasters position from 1972- until he retired in 1993. Luigi spent a lot of time in his early years with his curling buddies, which he enjoyed curling with his sons for numerous years. Luigi enjoyed fishing, hunting, blueberry picking and carpentry work, and always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Luigi will be missed by his lovely wife Annina & family.
The Taddeo Family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and the staff at the Dryden Regional Health Centre. The Ignace Ambulance, Dr. Fry from the MENO YA WIN hospital, Hugh Allen Clinic Staff, Nurse Jody Defeo from Mary Berglund Community Health Centre, Home Care Service. Mr. Taddeo was a wonderful man and I was saddened to hear of his passing. Thoughts and prayers to everyone who loved him especially Anna ❤️
