August 24, 2024 at 3:16 pmI was Joe’s neighbor on Richan road for a few years. As many quirks as Joe had, I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly neighbor that was always willing to help out. Without hesitation he helped shingle the roof, took out a huge hornet nest from the attic or would watch my dog for me. Always happy and friendly. Cheers to Joe.
