Earnie Stanley Ternowski was born on April 20, 1942 in Dauphin, MB to Anne and Tony Ternowski. He peacefully passed at the age of 83 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre in Dryden, ON on February 12, 2026.
Earnie was an honest man who loved animals and had a passion for playing the violin. In 1970, he made his home in Dryden where he raised his family and built a life rooted in the outdoors. He was especially proud of his boys, teaching them to fish, hunt, and sharing his love of the outdoors with them.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, David and Jared (Tracy), Justin (Megan), along with his cherished grandchildren, Brooke and Drew. He was predeceased by his parents, Anne and Tony Ternowski, as well as his son, Daryl Ternowski.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
