Ella passed away at the age of 87 after a short illness, at the Dryden Regional Health Centre, surrounded by loved ones.
Ella was born in Dryden, then moved to Kenora where she met her husband Josef. She resided in Kenora, moving back to Dryden after the passing of her husband and daughter.
Ella enjoyed the outdoors- including gardening and fishing – and spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed the challenges of canasta and crib games.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Josef Kosik, daughter Ceryl, brother Allan Parr, and sister Shirley Potter.
Ella is survived by Robert (Debbie) Parr, Wayne (Kathy) Parr, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Special thank you to Dr. Barrie and the nursing staff for taking such wonderful care of our aunt.
