With broken hearts we announce that Aaron Brown, our incredible amazing son passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2020 at the DRHC. Aaron will be forever loved and missed. He had such a huge impact on all those whose lives he touched. Born June 4, 1997 at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton Alberta. Our miracle fought his way into the world and continued to fight till the very end. Aaron was born with an extremely rare condition called Pentology of Cantrell. He endured over 43 procedures and surgeries. Aaron had a fighting spirit and if knocked down he would get right back up. He never quit. Aaron had a heart of gold and was always doing something for someone, always caring for others. He was a proud recipient of the Rick Hanson Man in Motion Difference Makers Medal. Despite his medical issues he always had a smile. He was caring and full of life, love and compassion. Aaron loved all genres of music, playing video games, writing stories, playing pranks, joking, spending time with friends and family. He loved adventures. He worked as a gas jockey at Red River Coop and loved his work family and customers. Left to mourn are his parents Neil and Shawn Brown. His beloved cat Tofu which he called his furry brother. Grandparents Don and Pat Brown, Lynne Young (late Barry) Aunt Lori Laderoute, (Moe), Uncle Nick Brown. Special cousins Shaun Laderoute and family, Paul (Shannon) Laderoute and family and Rikki Lee Baca. Great Aunts and Uncles and many more cousins. Aaron is also survived by his cherished friends and their families Emily Chasowy, Jacob Bullock, Carla Savinac, Josh St Aubin, Randy Price and many more. Aaron had many favourite quotes, that all seemed to say the same thing What you do for others and the world remains and is immortal (Albert Pine) Never quit! Be strong when you are weak, brave when you are scared and humble when you are victorious. Aaron was truly a miracle and we will cherish the time we were given with him. Ronald McDonald House Edmonton held a special place in Aaron’s heart as this was where he felt comfort when not at home. Aaron’s legacy will live on within our hearts and the hearts of all who knew him. Until we meet again. We love you!
