We are very sad to share the news that Lesley passed away. He was predeceased by our parents Lloyd and Dorothy Wright and niece Chantelle.
Les lived most of his life in Dryden, Ontario. He worked at Alex Wilson Coldstream and Walmart. He was very proud of his work accomplishments.
Les enjoyed many bus tours and trips to the casino. He also enjoyed the snowmobile trips.
Les is survived by his three sisters; Linda (Keith) Hunkin, Laura Rikheim and Donna (Jim) Hannett, and nieces and nephews; Kevin (Meagan) and Deontaye, Derek (Jessie) and Jaylee and Damon, Heather (Logan), Melanie (Andrew) and Lily and Paisley, Tim and Bret. Les will be missed by aunts, uncles and cousins.
We thank our family and friends for their support, love and hugs over the past few months. This has given us strength and comfort.
Rest in Peace Brother Dear, you are pain free. Give Mom and Dad a hug from all of us.
Thank you to all the staff at Princess Court for the excellent care and compassion for Les and our family. Also Dr. Cook and hospital staff for their great care.

June 28, 2024 at 3:15 pmOur deepest condolences on the passing of your brother. We are so grateful for the role your mom, dad, and Leslie played in our lives as good neighbours. I appreciated that Leslie would be sure to come over in person or call to keep us updated on his mom and dad’s health. I miss your mom’s springtime flowers and our tea time or ‘on the yard’ chats. Your family has been through a lot this year and you are in our thoughts and prayers.
