My deepest sympathies to all of Rick’s family. He was definitely one of a kind . Energy to burn , a kindness and generosity that knew no bounds. So very many fond memories of times in Thessalon on the Island and in Dinorwic . My son and I were very much richer for having known him. So very glad he crossed our life path. Rick is how I met you, then after a little time you said to me you can call me Dad if you want. Dad is what you became. You met three children whom were not yours and stepped up to the plate to become our father in life. No one could have asked for more. Every weekend camping, fishing, weekend car drives and the list goes on and on. Later in life you added your own little girl into the mix and then we became 4 kids. Dad it was not fair how you were taken from us. I am sad that I cannot be there to say goodbye. I thank you did not go alone on your journey but had your wife by your side. You are loved by many families and a few more children that you picked up along your life journey . You will forever be in my thoughts and I will see you on the other side. Thank you for being Dad
